Spartan Strategic Solutions was founded on a simple idea: the best security advice comes from people who have spent a career in the field — not behind a desk.
Our partners bring decades of combined experience from law enforcement, federal service, and private-sector security. Over those careers, they've investigated complex cases, protected high-profile principals, stood up corporate security programs from scratch, and responded to real-world incidents in real time.
We founded Spartan Strategic Solutions in Boca Raton because we saw a gap. Executives, business owners, and families in South Florida have genuine security needs — from personal threat concerns to commercial exposure — but the options available to them often fell into two camps: glossy consultancies that talked a good game, or one-man operations without the depth to serve a meaningful engagement. We wanted to build something in between: a boutique firm with real operational experience and the discipline to deliver.
We do not sell product. We do not resell someone else's software platform, and we have no incentive to push a particular vendor. That independence is the core of our value — our recommendations reflect what is genuinely right for your situation, not what pays the highest commission.
Every engagement starts with a confidential conversation to understand the environment, the people, and the real concerns. From there we conduct a structured assessment, deliver a written report that names specific risks with specific remediation paths, and — if you want us to — we stay engaged to help implement. Most of our work is referred. That is the metric we actually care about.
Discretion. Our clients trust us with information that, in the wrong hands, could cause real harm. We treat that trust as the foundation of everything we do. We do not discuss clients. We do not name clients publicly. We do not volunteer information — ever — about who we work with or what we have seen.
Candor. You will get our honest read. If a situation is being over-engineered, we'll tell you. If a situation is being under-estimated, we'll tell you that too. Security advice is only useful if it reflects what we actually believe.
Practicality. A security plan that nobody follows is not a security plan. Our deliverables are designed to live inside your operations — clear, concise, and built for people to actually use when it counts.
